WhoCall is provided by BLAVI LLC and is currently available in Türkiye.

Please include a short description of the issue, your iOS version, and the WhoCall app version. Do not include passwords, SMS verification codes, payment-card details, or your full phone number.
2. Phone verification
WhoCall verifies your own Turkish mobile number by SMS. If the code does not arrive, confirm the country code and number, check your connection, wait briefly, and request a new code. Never share a verification code with another person.
3. Number lookup
Enter a supported Turkish mobile number in the app to request a lookup. Results may combine the WhoCall directory with verified WhoCall profiles whose owners have enabled search visibility. Surnames are shortened to an initial for privacy.
If no matching record is available, WhoCall displays a “result not found” state. A verified user can also disable the visibility of their own profile.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and credit packages are purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Use the “Restore Purchases” action in WhoCall if an active subscription or prior purchase is not recognized.
Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings.
5. Community safety
Verified users can submit labels, comments, and reports. WhoCall filters prohibited language and provides controls to report content and block its author. Reported content is reviewed under our moderation process.
For an urgent safety concern, email support@levelappstudio.com with enough context to identify the content without including unnecessary personal information.
6. Privacy and account requests
WhoCall does not request access to your address book. You can manage the search visibility of your verified profile in the app.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@levelappstudio.com. We may ask you to verify the request securely.
