These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DecorAI mobile application and website ("Service"). By using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

DecorAI provides AI-powered interior design generation tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant DecorAI permission to process uploaded images solely to generate AI design results.

3. Subscriptions

DecorAI offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly and annual). Subscription pricing is displayed inside the application before purchase.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be handled directly by Apple according to their refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

DecorAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
