End User License Agreement (EULA) for Sonari – AI Music Generator

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Goktug Karipcin / BLAVI LLC ("Company") regarding the use of the Sonari – AI Music Generator application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License Grant

Company grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

User may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of the Company. This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership rights.

Privacy Policy

User data collection and processing are governed by the App’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. For more details, please review the full Privacy Policy here:

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases and subscription-based services. By purchasing any in-app content or subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Title of Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Weekly Credit Subscriptions

Length of Subscription: Subscriptions are available on a weekly basis.

Subscription Pricing:
10 Credits per week: $3.99
50 Credits per week: $7.99
100 Credits per week: $14.99

One-Time Credit Purchases:
50 Credits: $9.99
150 Credits: $17.99
300 Credits: $29.99

Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.

Updates and Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated by either the User or the Company. The Company may terminate this Agreement if the User violates any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States – State of New Mexico.
